Howdy Neighbor!

We invite you to get involved in our community by volunteering as a board member or on a neighborhood committee and by paying your annual dues.

The HOA strives to promote the well-being of our neighborhood through community events, civic improvements and maintenance, as well as, encouraging our neighbors to maintain our community's appearance and property values.

The Knollwood HOA is a voluntary non-profit community elected organization, organized under Florida Statues, of Family households within the immediate Knollwood area. It is financed by normal annual dues for an annual household membership.
